Bahrain-based Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions has appointed RP Construction as project contractor and Akbari Architects as project consultant for its “Sakana Busaiteen” project.

“This project is the first property development of Sakana. We are confident that both organisations will be able to meet our expectations in terms of delivering an innovative and quality housing solution for the contemporary Bahraini family,” said R Lakshmanan, CEO of Sakana.

All the ten heritage residences are individually created to incorporate touches of traditional architecture in their luxurious contemporary design, he added.

Each building is comprised of individual self-contained 3-storey heritage residences to gather the family under one roof. The compound will offer a selection of facilities including parking, lift, swimming pool and garden area.

The first phase of the project comprising five heritage residences is expected to be completed in one year.-TradeArabia News Service
