Lona Real Estate Development has appointed Chris Woodrow as projects director for their BD100 million ($265.3 million) Amwaj Waves development on Amwaj Islands.

Amwaj Waves is the single largest residential development on Amwaj Islands, with more than a 1,000 luxury apartments being built over four phases.

The first phase will include four buildings with 299 luxurious apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.

The development will also include commercial space, recreational facilities, and extensive landscaped gardens.

It is to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.-TradeArabia News Service
