Singapore firm to manage Dubai Pearl MEP works

Pearl Dubai has signed an agreement with Singapore-based Surbana Technologies to monitor and manage the critical MEP infrastructure and sub-systems at its mixed-use luxury development, the Dubai Pearl.

Dubai Pearl is a landmark destination offering spectacular views of the Dubai coast.

Overlooking Palm Jumeirah in the heart of Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, the development will redefine the pulse of new Dubai providing a 24-hour living city with premium offices, international retail and some of the top dining and entertainment spots.

As per the agreement, Surbana Technologies, will provide integrated estate management services for the Dubai Pearl project.

Surbana Technologies is a subsidiary of Surbana Corporation, which is wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings, a Singapore-based international investment company with a diversified global portfolio of S$90 billion.

Surbana, which has a 25-year successful track record, will provide its expertise and technology solutions to monitor and manage the critical MEP infrastructure and sub-systems both on a ‘city and building’ level, the company said in a statement.

Surbana Technologies comprises four divisions - InfoComm Technology, Sustainable Design Technologies, Product/System Development and Strategic City Management.

While operating independently, each division also shares cross-functional synergies to provide a complete end-to-end solution within the overall Surbana framework, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
