Tamouh is showcasing some of its key solutions at the ongoing Cityscape Abu Dhabi expo.
Wilson Lee, head of estates, Properties and Facilities-Senior Management, Three60, said: “The key component in our planning stages is a study we carried out to understand the needs and expectations of the home-owners, which we aim to meet and add further value to.'
'As an illustration of the breadth of services we provide, the team at Three60 has identified partners and suppliers that deliver specialised amenities such as home automation features to our core offering at Marina Square,' Lee noted.
“We will continue to identify these opportunities and provide Tamouh with intelligent solutions to create real value and improve the quality of life for home-owners,” he added.
The visitors to Tamouh’s 400-sq m stand also have the opportunity to explore the Marina Square community portal designed to facilitate the daily tasks of future Marina Square residents.
'An Internet-based service, the community portal will allow home owners to log in and pay bills, order services, access exclusive offers, download invoices and receipts, and conveniently complete a list of chores from the haven of their houses. The portal is an integrated platform created by Three60 for the home-owners to manage various lifestyle components,' Lee explained.
Acting as a one-stop solution, Three60 aligns its strategy with the interests of its stakeholders, comprising institutional investors, end-users and key industry players, and brings together a team of industry professionals to offer diverse services such as investor relations management, tenancy management, strata and master community management and life cycle costing to general services such as maintenance of common facilities.
In addition to Three60, Tamouh includes another subsidiary under its umbrella - Paragon Malls as an operator of turnkey retail environments that pledges to provide customers with an intuitive and exhilarating retail experience.
