Tanmiyat to sponsor Dubai property show
Dubai, September 30, 2009
Saudi Arabia based Tanmiyat, an investment company and real estate developer, will participate as an official Platinum sponsor in Cityscape Dubai 2009, a major business-to-business international property event.
The eighth edition of Cityscape Dubai will be held from October 5 to 8 at the Dubai Exhibition and Convention Centre.
“Tanmiyat has been one of the sponsors of Cityscape Dubai since 2006, and despite the difficult year that the region’s real estate sector has had, we believe it is important to continue being active and to participate in industry exhibitions,” said Dr Wan Hasni, advisor in charge of Tanmiyat.
“We need to keep communicating to sector specialists and the public about where things stand – the sector was vocal during the peak times and it certainly is just as important during the current financial crisis.”
“Cityscape Dubai is the world’s largest real estate development and investment event in the world and by participating as Platinum sponsors for the Dubai exhibition, Tanmiyat is honouring its commitment to the region’s real estate sector – which on the long term will prove its strength and resilience,” added Dr Wan.
Tanmiyat’s stand at this year’s Cityscape exhibition will showcase and offer development updates on the firm’s $3 billion Ajman Marina development and its renowned Living Legends project.
Rohan Marwaha, managing director of Cityscape and managing director of IIR Saudi Arabia, said: “I would like to express my appreciation on behalf of Cityscape, for Tanmiyat's continued support of Cityscape Dubai. Tanmiyat is a long supporter of Cityscape Events and we are particularly delighted to welcome them as a distinguished Platinum Sponsor of Cityscape Dubai.”
“This year has been a challenging year for the real estate industry but Tanmiyat is a testament to the strength of the sector. We are delighted to host Tanmiyat once again this year – I hope the event is as fruitful as it has been in the past and we look forward to working with them for many years to come,” added Marwaha. – TradeArabia News Service
