Marina West signs management pact with BCS

Marina West Real Estate Company, developer of Bahrain's largest gated beachfront residential community, has signed a strata management agreement with BCS Bahrain for its beachfront developments.
The strata management is known as body corporate management in Australia, while in Bahrain, it is 'Owners Association Management’ which refers to the day to day running of the administrative, financial and secretarial aspects of the Owners Association.
In addition to this, the management will also arrange the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas and facilities owned by the Owners Association.

"BCS will handle property management in terms of contract administration, service charge management,residents' liaison and Marina West handover in addition to the day-to-day operations," he added.
