Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), organisers of Bahrain International Property Exhibition (Bipex) has signed an promotion agreement with Corinthian Publishing, publishers of Property World Middle East.

The ceremony was attended by Jameel K. Al Alawi, chairman of Bipex Marketing Committee, Rizwan Mumtaz, chairman Bipex Publicity Committee and Andy McTiernan, editor in chief of Corinthian Publishing.
Bipex, to be held at the Bahrain Exhibition Centre in Manama from October 14 to 16, has become a proven showcase in the regional property calendar for a number of years.
Bipex capitalises on Bahrain's prime geographic positioning as a strategic events hub, with road links via cauuseway to Saudi Arabia soon to be joined to the state of Qatar by a bridge currently under construction.
The event consolidates a broad collection of exhibitors including; major international developers, master-planners, architectural and civil engineering practice exhibitors both from the GCC and abroad.
A number of tailored technical sessions will run in conjunction with the exhibition which serves as both a platform for the exchange of ideas and consummation of long term investment going forward.
Bipex has evolved into a meeting point for high net worth and institutional investors from the Mena region's capital markets and beyond.
"We have been building the value of Bipex over a number of years and worked with Property World Middle East magazine as a top tier media partner as the show has grown in stature," Al Alawi noted.
Mumtaz said “Corinthian Publishing's undoubted respect as a real estate industry influencer and commentator and its excellent relationship with the property sector both regionally and internationally adds considerable weight to gravitas of the event."
"Bipex organizers are particularly pleased that this partnership has come to fruition," he added.
McTiernan said, "While these are trying times, the fact that Bipex offers access to a significant audience and participation from not only Bahrain but Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE as core real estate markets in the region is vitally important."
"The growth and success of this type of forum is essential to the well being of the industry long term, which in its own way helps to demonstrate that an earlier recovery than most will take place in the Middle East region," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
