Emaar Misr for Development, the wholly-owned country subsidiary of Emaar Properties, will showcase its diversified portfolio of fully-finished homes at the 'Next Move' exhibition to be held from April 28 to May 1 in Cairo.

Emaar Misr has already launched three residential communities - Uptown Cairo, Marassi and Mivida – to strong investor response, and potential customers can make informed purchase decisions at the exhibition, said an Emaar Misr official.

Sameh Muhtadi, chief executive officer, Emaar Misr for Development, said the company is bringing to the country truly global competencies in master-planned community development.

Emaar Misr has an impressive 596 sq m pavilion at Next Move, which showcases the models of its projects and the progress in construction achieved.

Emaar will also underscore the various features that add value to the homes in Uptown Cairo, Marassi and Mivida. The integrated communities offer the advantage of easy access to the city centre while providing ready-to-live-in homes.

Launched as recently as in February 2009, Mivida is the newest residential community by Emaar Misr, and is located in New Cairo City, only 1.5 km away from the American University of Cairo.
