Concreting work begins at Burooj Al Ghurm villas

Abu Dhabi, April 20, 2009

Burooj Properties, the real estate arm of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), said it has started concreting works at the company’s Al Ghurm Garden Villas project, following the completion of earth works.

Located on Abu Dhabi Island close to Al Bateen Airport and Sheikh Khalifa Public Park, the 80-villa Al Ghurm Garden project is being built over an area of 285,000 sq ft, with each villa occupying 4,124 sq ft.

The project features impressive architecture, beautiful landscaping with expansive green areas and multiple recreation facilities including a gym and health club, swimming pool, playground, as well as 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring, said a Burooj official.

The work on Al Ghurm Garden Villas began last January and the units are expected to be delivered to buyers by the end of this year, Adel Ahmed Al Zarouni, managing director of Burooj Properties, said.

'We are pleased with the steady progress of the project and are fully committed to on-time delivery of all the projects we have announced earlier. We will continue to focus on providing the best possible residential choices for buyers and those that provide a long-term benefit to investors,' he noted.

'Our strategy of targeting markets such as Abu Dhabi, that are robust and have a high potential for growth, is key to the company’s steady business expansion', Zarouni added.-TradeArabia News Service
