Bahrain-based real estate development company Al Saraya is pushing ahead with two new projects.

'In keeping with the spirit of leadership and our fundamental understanding of the current market demand, we are not going to sit and let the world go by,' said general manager Redha A Halim Mukhtar.

Marsa 2 is a gated community of 25 villas, situated within the Tala Lagoon, next to the Fay Beach project and within easy reach of the upcoming commercial centre, The Lagoon. Marsa 2 is a cluster of villas, with three- and four-bedroom units, many of which will have direct access to private beach.
