Marketing blitz for Reef project

Landmark Bahrain and Ahad Holdings have come together to promote $100 million Le Reef project. They have signed a sales and marketing contract for the prestigious freehold residential development in Reef Island.
Landmark Bahrain has been appointed as the sales and marketing agent by Ahad Holdings for Le Reef - East Tower and West Tower.
'The industry expertise and the market knowledge of both companies will offer quality services of highest standards and facilitate the sales of freehold apartments in Le Reef,' said Ahad Holdings chairman and chief executive officer Hamid Nishat.
'The piling works for Le Reef began in November and the start of this project sets a milestone for Ahad Holdings for venturing into the real estate sector,' he said.
The development located by the sea, constitutes of two low-rise towers of 10 storeys each, with 144 residential apartments possessing scenic landscapes and water surroundings that will be strategically located at the Reef Island, in the heart of Manama.

Engineering drawings have been finalised by Al Jazeera Engineering and interior design works by MSCEB. Piling contracting company Bahrain Foundation has been carrying out the surveying and piling works.
