Hamptons relaunches global portal

Hamptons International has re-launched its new global website with country-specific domains that will enable customers to optimise their searches and make informed property purchase decisions swiftly.
Hamptons is a premier international property service company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties.
The new consolidated website (www.hamptons-international.com) will feature several sub-sites that cover the property portfolio in several specific countries including the UAE and Oman.
The corporate landing page has been designed to assist visitors to choose their regional preference with all the region-specific websites to be consistent in design, navigation and structure.
The regional sites will target countries with or without sales offices, thus ensuring that customers have ease of access in making property purchase decisions, said an official.
With multiple language preferences, these sites will also have targeted messages that offer consolidated information on properties within the region.
All property stock of Hamptons, however, can be accessed from the regional sites too. More content pertaining to property management and related services will be added on in due course, said Nasser Abdul Rahman Rafi, managing director, Hamptons International – Middle East.
'The new website marks the first time that a property service company is offering region-specific websites that will meet the requirements of customers in various parts of the world.'
'Apart from accessing all property portfolio of Hamptons from one site, it also offers the convenience of offering customers with specific details of projects pertaining to their region,' he noted.
'The rationalisation and consolidation of the Hamptons website has enabled us to develop online content that is country-specific while also showcasing our global portfolio in a user-friendly manner.'

Hamptons International has extended its global presence strategically over the last two years opening offices in Morocco, Italy, Monaco, India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman.
