Al Wa’ab City villas up for sale

Doha, October 22, 2008

Al Lewan and Hattan villas, two of the most prestigious residential units in Al Wa’ab City, one of the largest privately-held real estate projects being developed in Qatar, have been released for sale.

Representing premium lifestyle choices, Al Lewan and Hattan are located within walking distance of Al Wa’ab City’s lively gathering centre, Barahat Al Wa’ab.

Located amidst lush green landscaping, the exclusive, Al Lewan villas are the flagship residences in Al Wa’ab City. The villas are inspired by traditional Arabian architecture blending the best in contemporary designs with exquisite finishes and fittings.

Each is fully fitted with smart-home technology to maximize convenience and comfort. The grand 870 sqm palatial villas include triple garage, private swimming pool and internal elevator and are limited to less than 100 units.

A second residential option, the 185 Hattan villas are comprised within two private compounds. The four-bedroom, 480 sq m villas are available in four distinct designs and each incorporates a double garage.

Residents in the Hattan Villa community will have access to three large, private clubhouses and safe children’s play areas.

Sheikha Hanadi Nasser Bin Khaled Al Thani, CEO of Al Wa’ab City, extended an exclusive invitation to prominent Qatari ladies to join her in the new customer relations centre located in the Nasser Bin Khaled Mercedes-Benz showroom on Salwa Road for the private sales of these units.

'When we first embarked on Al Wa'ab City journey, we aimed at providing our country with the highest quality of living standards and maintaining our rich cultural Arabian roots; built on solid traditional values and promoting a family lifestyle, Al Wa'ab City is the ultimate manifestation of a family-planned community,' she said.

'Al Lewan and Hattan have been released for sale to Qataris and GCC nationals who are looking to be part of the highly exclusive community of Al Wa’ab City,' she noted.

Al Wa'ab City Customer Relations Centre aims at enhancing the purchasing experience of buyers and visitors, engaging them in an interactive setting for them to locate their residence of choice by using unique digital media to obtain information, Sheikha Hanadi explained.

“Al Lewan and Hattan are poised to redefine residential lifestyles in the region. The launch of sales of the first phase of villas presents Qataris with exclusive opportunities to be part of a true statement of luxury,' said Carla Issa, vice-president of marketing and sales of Al Wa'ab City.

'Our state-of-the-art customer relations centre, which received an overwhelmingly positive response from the visiting ladies, and our team of sales experts present potential buyers with a comprehensive overview of the project.'

'It presents the project on a more personal level to provide them with the residential option that perfectly matches their requirements,' he added.

Al Wa’ab City is expected to be completed in 2010; Al Lewan and Hattan villas will be ready for occupancy by the third and fourth quarters next year.-TradeArabia News Service
