Zaya's Nurai island wins 'luxurious project' award

UAE-based Zaya, real estate development company, was recently awarded 'Most Luxurious project in the world” for its exclusive Nurai island development by the Arabic edition of Newsweek publication.
The editorial board of Newsweek had launched the new award category entitled 'The Top 10 companies that changed the face of real estate development for ever”, to recognise companies that have effectively contributed to the development and growth of the real estate sector in the world.
A panel of expert judges nominated the top 10 companies based on a set of criteria and a scientifically calculated evaluation mechanism to select the ten finalists.
Zaya, the newly formed dynamic real estate company in the UAE clinched first position after competing against a number of other players that have been qualified for the award.
According to the jury, Zaya enjoys the highest level of quality and luxury through its newly-launched 'Nurai island,' a spectacular private community which features a boutique resort and spa as well as limited edition beachfront estates and water villas on a natural island off the coast of Abu Dhabi.
