Gulf Holding's African debut with $800m project

Gulf Holding Company (GHC) has marked its entry into North Africa with an $800 million project in Morocco, a report said.
The company has acquired the 600,000 sq metre Royal Resort Cap Malabata project and will build the $800 million mixed-use project Villa Royale, according to the Gulf News report.
The project will have 400 residential units, a clinic, a school and an equestrian centre and will consist of four zones.
Villa Royale is just 20 minutes away from central Tangiers, and boasts fabulous views of both the Mediterranean coast and the Straits of Gibraltar to the Spanish coast.
