Dubai-based property developer Azizi Investments said, starting October, it will showcase its portfolio at major property exhibitions spanning the UAE and Russia.

Azizi, one of the fastest-growing property developers in the region was founded in October 2007 by Merwiss Azizi. It has a three-year strategic plan to increase its development portfolio to an estimated 165 million square feet and an estimated Dh170 billion ($46.2 billion) in project value by end-2010.

The company said it will embark on a five-month international profile raising programme that will see it participating in four international property exhibitions.

Azizi's programme will kick-off with Cityscape Dubai in October 2008, followed by the International Property Show in Moscow (November 10 to 12, 2008), the Sharjah International Investment and Real Estate Show (December 15 to 18, 2008) and the International Property Show in Dubai (February 15 to 17, 2009).

In the next few months the company expects to confirm the acquisition of 15 million square feet of land for the 50 projects that it has earmarked for 2008. 

Azizi, who is also the chairman of  the company, said: 'What we have experienced over the past six months has been nothing short of phenomenal.
