Schön Properties said it has established a Mortgage Advisory Centre, a dedicated facility that offers professional mortgage consultation services from the property firm’s team of expert mortgage advisors.

The new mortgage advisory office is located at the Schön Properties Sales Centre at Murooj Rotana in Dubai.

The company has also tied up with Mashreq bank to offer flexible financing options for prospective investors to any of the fast-growing real estate firm’s portfolio of premium property projects.

“This is a one-stop-shop for all of our clients’ mortgage requirements,” said Danial H. Schön, vice president - Schön Properties.

“Getting a mortgage can be a complicated and tedious process. We’ve simplified the system and added further value by partnering with Mashreq bank to offer flexible financing options,’ he noted.

’This initiative is designed to make our clients’ dream of owning a property even more possible than ever before,’ he remarked.

Schön said a mortgage advisory newsletter will also be produced as a complementary service to the centre.

It will contain general information about mortgaging property, as well as frequently asked questions to help prospective buyers or existing owners interested in refinancing the basics of mortgaging.
