Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH) has signed a sales and development agreement with the Aqaba Development Corporation to develop the Mansion Hills Project, a modernised tourist resort within the progressive portal city.

The agreement was officially signed on Saturday at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Amman under the patronage of Jordan prime minister Nader Dahabi.

The signing ceremony was attended by chief commissioner of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (Aseza) Husni Abu Ghaida, TJH chairman and president, Khaled Dahleh, CEO of the Aqaba Development Corporation Imad Fakhoury and TJH deputy CEO for marketing and sales Rami Adwan.

The blueprints for the Mansion Hills project reflect three developmental phases. One of which will consist of residential, touristic compounds observing the most contemporary architectural, organizational, service, and holiday oriented features.

The holiday resort will also comprise hotels, chalets, shopping complexes theme parks and an integrated network of public services.

“Taking the decision to develop the Mansion Hills Project, TJH had made a marked intelligent and developmental step on its forward-looking agenda. With 80 million sqm available for the construction of varied investment projects, the portal city of Aqaba is positioning itself as an attractive tourist hub and home for landmark residential, touristic and developmental initiatives”, Husni Abu Ghaida said. 

Khaled Dahleh expressed delight at the signing of the project with the Aqaba Development Corporation.

'Through our development of the Mansion Hills Project, we are reiterating our commitment to introducing tranquil lifestyle solutions for individuals seeking a peaceful alternative to bustling city life,” he noted.

Imad Fakhuri stated that the project was destined to reap fruitful results for all parties involved. Situated in the city of Aqaba, known for its fertile investment environment, the project has already been receiving wide acceptance from different market segments.

Dahleh pointed out that TJH had committed itself to developing the Mansion Hills Project so that it falls inline with its regional and global expansion plans.

'Through this project  we are creating a district that is fully furbished with all lifestyle demands. Catering to the demands of high quality living, the project hosts villas fully equipped with the amenities needed for families seeking elated living locations. At present, TJH is also working on several other real-estate development projects across the Kingdom,' he added.

The Mansion Hills project is located within the south coast tourist area in Aqaba, an area identified in the 2001 gauntly master plan for the Aqaba special Economic Zone.
