Evans rejoins PRDnationwide

Muscat, March 10, 2008

Leading real estate expert Peter Evans has re-joined PRDnationwide MENA in Oman as poject director after a six-month hiatus where he continued his management duties in Australia.

Evans has returned to Oman to develop the next phase of the Barr Al Jissah Residences, having worked on the feasibility of the project three years ago alongside mnaging directors of PRDnationwide James Fox and Toni Howard.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Evans brings a wealth of added knowledge and service to PRDnationwide MENA, having worked in the company’s Sydney and Brisbane corporate offices where he was acting general manager and director of project marketing respectively.

Evans has developed, financed, project managed, marketed and sold 75 residential projects and achieved 10,000 sales at a value of $3 billion in Australia.  These premier residential projects marketed in Queensland and New South Wales include Parklands, Bretts Wharf, Pacific Harbour, Mariners Reach and Riparian Plaza to name a few.

”The Oman market keeps evolving with major projects just starting to compete on location, architectural form and price,” said Evans.  “While other projects are proposing first class standards, Barr Al Jissah Residences remains the benchmark project, setting standards for competitors.”

Specializing in project marketing, PRD offers diverse options and turnkey development solutions coupled with intellectual and educated market analysis to mitigate pressure and risk with rewards on investment, ultimately creating a value proposition that meets the needs of the market and builds brand recognition for the developer. – TradeArabia News Service
