Marina West, Bahrain's iconic new residential development on the kingdom's West coast, has opened its state-of-the art sales centre.

The new sales centre incorporates full office, meeting, and function facilities with two large scale models on display allowing visitors to pinpoint their preferred apartment location and compare it to a list of available options provided by the sales team.

It would be a one-stop shop for buyers to explore residence options, learn about facilities and speak to members of the sales team as well as the mortgage providers, said a company official.

Visitors to the sales centre will be able to learn more about the Marina West lifestyle through six LCD projection screens displaying the development of the project and explaining all available options including facilities and amenities.

Comprising 350,000 sq m of residential, retail and leisure space, Marina West will be Bahrain's largest gated beachfront residential community.

A 30-month development and construction programme is well under way and will be completed by the first quarter of 2010.

Eleven ingeniously designed residential towers ranging in height from 20 to 32 floors will accommodate around 1,280 luxurious one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplexes, simplexes, penthouse suites ranging in size from 77 to 541 sq m.

'We are creating Marina West with the goal of giving everyone the chance to purchase his own dream home as part of a unique community, and the location of the new sales centre will bring buyers closer to the project, allowing them to experience Marina West first hand throughout the construction process,' said Mahmood Janahi, managing director of Marina West.

'With site visits and large-scale models on hand, our sales team will help guide our customers through the development and locate the perfect apartment for them meeting all their needs,' he added.

Al Hamad Construction and Development Company a big name in the construction sector in Bahrain, is the main contractor while ReeMoon Consulting Company, the real estate development arm and subsidiary of AN Holdings is providing development management services on this project.
