A lavish ceremony was held at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai to mark the occasion. It was attended by a group of elite developers, investors, real estate brokers, businessmen and guests, said an official spokesman.

Formed as a consortium of reputed GCC-based investors, the Dh50 million ($13.6) company is positioned to respond to the escalating needs of the regional market, offering a broad spectrum of integrated services that will cover all parts of the UAE during the first phase of operation, and then expanding to reach all GCC markets, followed by India, China and Iran over the coming 18 months.

In addition to real estate brokerage services, Great Properties will host a creative design and advertising department, where a group of select professionals will work to add value to clients’ packages, giving developers a one-stop marketing and sales solution.
