Tech Group plays key role in Ajman project

Tech Group subsidiaries have undertaken over Dh1 billion ($272 million) worth of work for the Emirates City project so far, according to the company.

The Ajman-based mega project, being built at a cost of Dh15 billion, has seen significant progress, it said.

Tech Group is an umbrella company of Construction Tech, Remix Tech, Aluglass Tech, Block Tech, Piling Tech and others.

Block Tech, one of the fastest growing concrete manufactures in the UAE, has made significant contribution to Emirates City's development, it said.

With the aid of five batching plants which produce 400 cu m of concrete per hour, Remix Tech has supplied concrete to most of the project’s towers at a value of Dh38 million thus far.

Meanwhile, Construction Tech has been commissioned to develop three towers – the Paradise Lakes Towers worth a total of Dh250 million.

Piling Tech has completed Dh500 million worth of projects in the city so far, in terms of piling and foundation, the company said.

Tech Group CEO Ali Ghalib Jaber said: “The Emirates City is one of the most important projects being developed, not only in Ajman, but in the UAE. Tech Group is playing a significant role in bringing the Emirates City development to life.”

The Emirates City is just a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and sits directly on the Emirates Road, which is strategically linked to the other emirates of Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The project consists of over 90 residential and commercial properties and will include picturesque lakes and green parks, a shopping district, mosques, five star hotels,  and educational and medical facilities. –TradeArabia News Service
