Royal House, LG in HomNet deal

Sharjah-based Royal House has signed a memorandum of understanding with LG Electronics as part of its efforts to provide clients with the best quality houses.
Royal House is one of the leading and promising real estate companies in the region.
Ahmed Bin Ali Al Kheyaili, chairman of Royal House Group and KW Kim, president of LG Electronics - Middle East and Africa signed the agreement .
Under the agreement, LG will implement its latest “HomNet” solutions and domestic networking techniques, kitchen appliances and air conditioning solutions in all the future projects of Royal House in the UAE.
Kim said HomNet was an integrated electronic system which let people manage various systems such as home protection system, electrical appliances, lighting and other systems via mobile phones and laptops, either from inside or outside the house.
Al Kheyaili said the deal was in line with the company vision, which aimed to provide the best environment for customers.
'HomNet is a new concept in the market which provides the latest in digital houses, which was designed as one of the solutions to the residential towers and architectural projects, thus providing people with a better, safer and happier way of living, he noted.
“Our insight is based on adopting the highest global standards of quality and using the most advanced technological solutions. we expect a bright future for these smart homes in the UAE and a large number of interested investors and developers, where this type of apartments will be the first choice for everyone in the near future” he added.
