Daman Investments has purchased 10 licenses of Primavera Contract Manager V11 to take control of the construction processes on its $450 million project The Buildings by Daman.

The Buildings is a 220,000 square-foot commercial and residential complex and will deploy Primavera's Contract Manager to facilitate the completion of the project by mid 2009.

Primavera is part of Collaboration Management and Control Solutions (CMCS), the leading provider of project, portfolio and risk management solutions and training courses in the Middle East.

Using CMCS’s collaborative platform, the project team will be able to respond confidently and rapidly to requests for quotes, notices and design changes for the Dh1.6 billion project ($0.43 billion).
