Alumco wins $27m contract

Dubai, November 21, 2007

Alumco, a specialised aluminium façade manufacturer and contractor, has won a contract worth Dh100 million ($27.2 million) to supply its high quality aluminium façades to the Ocean Heights Tower at Dubai Marina.

Ocean Heights, developed by Damac Properties, is a super tall skyscraper structure designed by the global architects Aedas.

The tower is currently under construction Arabtec Construction and Engineering Consulting Group (ECG) is acting as the main project consultant. The tower will stand 310 m (1,017 ft) tall and have 82 floors. The project is expected to be completed by the mid-2010.
