Cinnovation Group has joined forces with partner HDS Group to break ground for the second tower of their HDS Sunstar Towers project in International City, Dubai.

Both Cinnovation Group, the multi-dimensional conglomerate with a global reputation in a number of sectors including real estate, and HDS Group have established themselves as major players in the real estate industry.

The Dh100 million ($27.2 million) HDS Sunstar Towers channel the business synergy of both groups to create a giant residential project. Consisting of two G+10-storey residential towers of one- and two-bedroom units, the project offers spacious living areas and family-focused facilities and amenities. The development will also include car parks, landscaped areas and will truly reflect the vision of the two leading names at its helm, said an official spokesman.

Construction on the first tower on plot number 22 in the Central Business District in International City started in September. The second tower is located on plot number 15 and work on the same started yesterday (October 28).

This project - upon completion - will add to Cinnovation Group's global portfolio that includes numerous residential and hotel projects in countries such as India, Singapore, Africa and China.

HDS Sunstar Towers - slated for completion in the last quarter of 2008, with units to be sold starting mid 2008 - is expected to be the first of many prestigious projects from Cinnovation that will change the landscape of Dubai.
