RAK Properties launches RAK Towers

RAK Properties has launched RAK Towers at Al Reem Island.

The Dh300 million ($81.6 million) project, which offer residential and commercial space, was unveiled at Cityscape which opened today in Dubai.

Located within the prestigious Marina Square development, the 43-storey tower offers one, two, three and five bedroom apartments as well as penthouses, with smart home technology in all units and common amenities like swimming pool, gymnasium, 24-hour security services, and covered parking area.
 
"Abu Dhabi has emerged as a lucrative investment market. We are delighted to unveil our first project in the emirate and look forward to initiating other such projects in the near future. With a strong expansion plan in place, RAK Properties will also be establishing a presence in overseas markets and especially the emerging and promising markets like India, Sudan, Egypt, Tanzania and Georgia," said managing director of RAK Properties Mohamed Sultan Al Qadi.

In February 2006, the company launched its first project, Julfar Towers, a 43-storey twin office and residential project estimated to cost Dh500 million and set for completion in mid 2008. This was followed by the launch of the Dh10 billion Mina Al Arab, spread over 30 million sq. feet, in May 2006.- TradeArabia News Service
