Dubai-based Cinnovation Group and HDS Group have launched their HDS Sunstar Towers in International City, Dubai.

Varun Chaudhary, director, Cinnovation Group, and Ali Dar, managing director of HDS Group, recently performed the ground-breaking ceremony to begin construction on the first tower on plot number 22 in the Central Business District.

The project distinguishes itself from others within the International City by offering buyers the chance to see what their money will buy. The sale of the units will start by mid 2008 when the project will be almost complete. Financing options will also be announced during the time, said a spokesperson.

The towers, HDS Sunstar I and HDS Sunstar II, are set to be completed in the last quarter of 2008.

“You would never buy a car without seeing what it looks like,” says Chaudhary. “You are investing much more money in buying property and being able to see what you are paying for makes all the difference. HDS Sunstar Towers is not one of those projects that sells based purely on a concept. We will show prospective buyers the property they will be investing in.”

The two G+10-storey residential towers - valued at over Dh200 million - consist of one- and two-bedroom units offering spacious living areas.
