Taameer Jordan set for Cityscape debut

Dubai , September 19, 2007

Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH) will be making its debut at Cityscape Dubai next month.

TJH will display models for its flagship projects in Booth Number ME10 of Cityscape to be held from October 16 to 18.

Cityscape, now in its sixth year, is the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world. This year it is set to welcome more than 45,000 regional and international investors, property developers, governmental and development authorities, leading architects, designers, consultants and all senior professionals from more than 120 countries. It will be hosting more than 1,000 exhibitors this year.

Taameer Jordan will display models for Andalucia and Red Sea Resort projects. It will also disclose, and for the first time, models and details for other projects. Full sales services will be available in the booth for those who would like to reserve or buy, said an official spokesman.

This participation is inline with TJH's strategy for the years 2007-2012 for regional expansion. The company's expansion map is getting wider; now it includes: Syria, KSA, UAE, Oman, Libya, and Morocco.

TJH contracted well known companies to offer booth set-up and event management services. A steering committee was formed to guarantee that the goals of the participation are met. These goals include: positioning of TJH brand, stressing its regional presence, and showcasing its successful projects.

Cityscape Dubai 2006 attracted over 32,000 industry professionals from more than a 100 countries including more than 500 exhibitors. Its growth has been nothing short of staggering with attendance increasing more than 157 per cent. This year the event is expected to see a 27 per cent growth in participation rates.

Other Jordanian exhibitors in Cityscape 2007 are: Abdali Investment & Development PSC, Aqaba Development Corporation, Mawarid, Zamanoun Architects and Consulting, 2K Engineering, and Amlaki.Trade Arabia News Service
