Tanmiyat Group, a leading real estate developer, and Tamweel, the UAE’s leading provider of real estate finance, have signed a mortgage agreement.

The mortgage facility agreement targets the end-users of Tanmiyat’s Living Legends project in Dubailand.

The Living Legends Project is one of the key projects of the group and is being developed as a free hold property.
