Tebyan Real Estate Development has sold its IMPZ project land (Europa Greens) to a leading development company in Dubai.

This move was pursued consequent to the acquisition of several plots in Down Town Jebel Ali for future development projects, said an official spokesman.

Tebyan's record of accomplishments includes several mega projects in Dubai and the region, including unique residential, office and hotel projects and the Clarity Tower being the first launched earlier in 2007.

Currently, Tebyan is half way through the construction of a deluxe hotel apartment project in Tecom. Tebyan is also planning to launch two towers in Dubai Marina soon.
