A $200 million project has been launched by real estate investment and development company Shaikh Holdings.

Sanctuary Falls, to be located within the Jumeirah Golf Estates master-development, is its first residential golf development in the UAE.

The project aims to create a new benchmark in community living by being the first resort-style residential golf community in the region.

To realise this vision, we brought together a unique team of exceptional design talent from around the world to create the resort home experience at Sanctuary Falls," said chief executive officer Imran Shaikh.

Sanctuary Falls will be a villa community set amidst golf vistas and lakes.

The community of 96 resort-style villas overlook the earth golf course, designed by Greg Norman.

Each home has also been designed in varied architectural styles to offer distinct views for a unique living experience.

Sanctuary Falls is scheduled for completion in May 2009.TradeArabia News Service
