Servcorp in key Bahrain move
Manama, July 4, 2007
Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFHHC) welcomed Servcorp as the first firm to commence operations in the development.
Servcorp, a provider of serviced and virtual offices, is the first firm to commence work in the iconic Harbour Towers since the official opening of the Financial Harbour at the beginning of May.
The firm has taken the entire 22nd floor in the west tower covering an area of 1,008 square metres after becoming the first client of BFHHC to conclude the fit-outs at the premises.
"It gives me immense delight in welcoming Servcorp aboard and I congratulate them on being the first client to get a first-hand experience of the integrated world-class business environment on offer at BFH.
"We are confident that this should complement Servcorp's own business philosophy of setting new benchmarks in the high-quality services," said BFHHC chief executive Stephen Rothel.
"I hope to see Servcorp and the other early clients using their new premises in the Harbour Towers as a springboard to launch themselves into a new phase of spectacular growth in the region."
Servcorp executive director Taine Moufarrige said:
"The opening of the office in the Harbour Towers, is a significant decision with regard to Servcorp's expansion into the region and we are excited to be the first ones in doing so.
"With Bahrain being one of the front-runners in terms of the economic growth in the Middle East, BFH was the natural route for us to enter Bahrain.
"Considering that our business is that of providing high-quality office space for businesses which need it, we could not have chosen a more high-profile building with a dynamic business environment, than the one which BFH has to offer," he added.
"Our choice stands vindicated by the strong global response that BFH has elicited."
"The response from the business community in Bahrain, the region and internationally has been phenomenal," added Servcorp senior manager for the Middle East Laudy Lahdo.
