Damac starts key project in Jordan
Amman, June 4, 2007
Luxury lifestyle provider Damac Properties has boosted its presence in Jordan with the launch of its new project - 'Business Gate' - in the country.
An eight-storey commercial tower was launched after its first commercial tower 'Business Heights', a 20-storey tower to be constructed in Jordan's Abdali master planned development.
With the opening of "Business Heights" project Damac became the first real-estate company to launch commercial tower in the Abdali area.
Damac was also the first to introduce residential projects within that area with the launch of 'The Heights', a 35-storey tower at last year.
"We are confident about the Jordan market as our existing projects, 'The Heights', 'The Lofts', 'The Courtyard', 'Business Heights' and 'Business Gate' have received a tremendous response," said Damac Holding chairman Hussain Sajwani.
"Our presence in Abdali stems from our belief in the extremely vibrant and dynamic master plan that is due to become a true hub for business and tourism for many nationalities throughout the region and beyond," Damac Properties CEO Peter Riddoch said.
He said the company had lined up a few real estate ventures for Jordan. "Damac's 'The Heights' and 'The Lofts,' were completely sold out in record time, with the former selling out within just two months since its launch. "
Damac also recently launched another luxurious masterpiece "The Signature Series" in Dubai. The most expensive penthouse in the Middle East, each penthouse in the "Signature Series," will be upwards of JD12 million.
This private world of select apartments is just one each on floors 67 to 75, in 'Ocean Heights,' the 82-storey award-winning marvel in Dubai Marina and 'Lotus Heights' in the bustling Business Bay.
HBA (Hersh Bedner Associates), a leader in hospitality interior designing worldwide has lent its expertise to the unique interiors of these Signature Residences. - TradeArabia News Service
