Bahrain has approved short and medium-term measures to reduce government expenditures by 30 per cent and improve efficiency, a report said.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, chaired a meeting of the government executive committee, yesterday (December 8)as part of Bahrain’s recently announced programme of economic and fiscal reform, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
