Oil price slump takes toll on Bahrain’s spending

MANAMA, November 17, 2015

The extended slump in oil prices is taking its toll on Bahrain’s spending policies, said the Premier yesterday (November 16). Responding to low prices which are squeezing state revenues, he urged a conservative financial policy to withstand repercussions of volatile oil markets, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
