BHB, Rotary Club discuss co-operation to boost economy

A Rotary Club of Manama delegation visited the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) to discuss co-operation to boost the kingdom’s economy.
Shaikh Khalifa Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, chief executive officer of BHB, received the Rotary Club of Manama board, chaired by Raj Damani, president of the club.
Shaikha Khalifa expressed his appreciation of the club’s role and efforts directed toward the major issues relating to economic and community development.
During the visit, the delegation rang the opening bell at the trading floor of the bourse; and an introductory presentation was made by BHB highlighting the investment opportunities offered, including the innovative products and creative services.
The delegation was also briefed on the different listing instruments such as the real estate investment trust (REITs) and shariah-compliant instruments. - TradeArabia News Service
