Bain & Company, a leading global business consultancy, has appointed Tom De Waele to the partner team in the firm’s Dubai office.

De Waele will to continue to provide financial services expertise to clients in the Middle East. He advises the management teams of leading global and regional financial institutions across all segments of banking, including retail, corporate banking, asset management and capital markets in the Middle East.

He advises clients on growth strategy, distribution and sales, customer experience and loyalty, and organization. In addition, he has been involved in several major post-acquisition buildups of European private equity-owned corporations. De Waele oversees Bain’s Customer Strategy and Marketing Practice for the region with an emphasis on enhancing channel and customer experiences. He will also have responsibility for several internal roles.
