KFH-Bahrain launches mobile banking

Manama, September 29, 2011

Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has launched its new mobile banking service, a real time, user-friendly interactive service that provides customers with a wide range of secure banking solutions 24/7.

Among the services available, customers will benefit from the convenience of being able to check their account and/or card statements, make phone bill payments, transfer money between accounts or view their last five transactions.

The mobile banking service provides an interactive experience similar to Internet browsing through a handset.

Customers who have international roaming enabled on their mobile phones will be able to complete all their transactions from wherever they are, anywhere in the world.

"The bank strives to adopt latest innovations and technologies that would help make our customers' lives easier and this latest addition is designed to make the use of our banking products and services more efficient and convenient," said executive manager and head of the banking group Khalid Rafea.

"Our customers can now conduct all their daily banking needs using mobile phones without having to visit a branch," Rafea added.

"This latest development is part of the bank's vision to provide alternative channels through which our customers can manage their banking needs," he said.

"The launch of this service is another milestone in KFH-Bahrain's mission to secure its position as a market leader in the provision of technology-led financial products and services," he added. – TradeArabia News Service
