Solidarity General Takaful, a leading Takaful insurance Company in Bahrain, has announced its annual training programme for undergraduates from various specialisations.

This announcement comes in line with the company's strategy to focus on human capital and commitment to the development of qualified Bahraini resources for the Takaful insurance sector.

Since the beginning of June, Solidarity has received interns from various local institutes and universities. “The training programme comes within Solidarity’s social responsibility objectives and aims at qualifying human capital in the kingdom and linking their theoretical studies with the practical life in the financial institutions in general and in the Takaful insurance sector specifically,” said Jalila Al Derazi, assistant manager human resources at Solidarity.

Jalal Aqelah, corporate communications executive specialist at Solidarity, said: “The programme this year aims to enrich students' knowledge of the Takaful insurance industry.” He continued: “The programme gives the trainees the opportunity to work in various departments related to their specialisations in order to benefit the most out of their training period.” - TradeArabia News Service
