Kuwait's central bank issued KD93 million ($320.9 million) worth of bonds on May 12, its data showed on Thursday.

It issued a two-year treasury bond worth KD33 million, with a coupon rate of 1.375 per cent, and a one-year treasury bond worth KD60 million with a coupon of 1.25 per cent.

Bids for both issues amounted to KD408 million, central bank data showed.

The central bank sold a one-year paper worth KD125 million with a coupon of 1.25 per cent on May 5.-Reuters
