Jordinvest appoints corporate finance head

Jordan Investment Trust (Jordinvest), a leading provider of comprehensive merchant, investment banking and financial services, has named Wael Al Sunna’ as the new vice president/head of the corporate finance department.

In his role, Al Sunna will be spearheading Jodinvest’s Corporate Finance activities covering bond and commercial paper issuances, capital restructuring, initial public offerings, merger and acquisition mandates and advisory valuations among other services.

Al Sunna has a B.Sc degree in Business Administration from The American University of Beirut (AUB) and a Masters degree in International Securities, Investments and Banking from The International Capital Markets Association (ICMA Centre) at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

He has 14 years of experience in the corporate finance advisory field and has worked for a number of financial institutions in Jordan and the Gulf region.
