Qatar's Commercial Bank sets GDR price at $7.50

Dubai, June 28, 2008

Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ), the country's second-largest lender by market value, said it has set the pricing of its global depositary receipts (GDRs) at $7.50 per GDR.

The GDRs, each of which represent an interest in 0.20 ordinary shares, will list on the London Stock Exchange on July 2, it said in a statement.

Morgan Stanley is the sole bookrunner and Societe Generale is the leader manager, it added.-Reuters
