Lloyds TSB has appointed Bert de Ruiter as managing director for its Dubai-based Middle East operations.

Bert has worked with Lloyds TSB, one of the world's largest banking groups for over 10 years. Previous to Bert's role as Wholesale Banking Director of Lloyds TSB Middle East he was Senior Head of Lloyds TSB Corporate Banking in the Netherlands.

The main branch of Lloyds TSB is in Jumeirah, housed in a custom built landmarkbuilding, located on Al Wasl Road opposite Safa Park.
