This year's edition of Cityscape Global, one of the world’s most influential real estate events, which was scheduled to be held next month (November 16 to 19) in Saudi capital Riyadh has now been postponed to February 1 to 4, 2027 amid ongoing regional tensions, said the event organisers Tahaluf, an Informa company.
As one of the world’s most influential real estate events, Cityscape Global has become an extraordinary global platform for investment, development and opportunity, bringing together the people, projects and capital shaping the future of the property industry, they stated.
"An event of this scale, ambition and international significance deserves nothing less than an exceptional experience. With that in mind, we have chosen the new February dates to provide the best possible environment for our exhibitors, partners and visitors, allowing us to deliver Cityscape Global at its fullest potential and create an even greater experience for everyone involved," said Tahaluf in a press release.
To be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, the event is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority, Vision 2030 and the Housing Program.
Cityscape Global has positioned itself at the centre of that transformation, creating a space where government priorities meet private capital and where major development projects are presented to an increasingly international investment community.
Last year’s edition generated more than $63 billion in signed deals and onsite transactions and attracted more than 164,000 visits from over 120 countries, it stated.
