Dubai Safari Park unveils season eight plans with new premium experience

Dubai Safari Park is preparing to reopen for its eighth season on October 12, unveiling new visitor experiences, a refreshed brand platform and expanded international travel-trade representation at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026.

The announcements follow strong growth during Season Seven, particularly among business-to-business travel partners. B2B ticket sales increased 16% year on year, while B2B revenue rose 26%.

Travel trade visitors accounted for 62% of total weekday footfall, highlighting the growing importance of international markets to the park’s performance. Safari experiences also remained popular, with 72% of visitors choosing the safari bundle.

A key addition for Season Eight will be the Royal Safari Experience, a four-hour premium offering created specifically for travel trade partners.

Designed for groups of up to 10 guests, the experience will provide a more private and personalised way to explore the park, including VIP treatment, reserved seating and private guided tours.

The new product is intended to give travel partners an additional premium experience to incorporate into bespoke itineraries, strengthening Dubai Safari Park’s positioning as an immersive wildlife and tourism attraction.

The park is also expanding its presence in key international source markets through new representation in India and Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Buzz Marketing has been appointed as the official sales and marketing representative in India, while Action Global will represent the park across Russia and CIS markets.

The appointments are part of a broader strategy to strengthen relationships with international travel trade partners, increase visibility in priority markets and contribute to Dubai’s wider tourism growth.

Season Eight will launch alongside the new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, which aims to encourage visitors to develop a deeper connection with wildlife, nature and conservation. The platform builds on the park’s growing conservation focus and follows a significant Season Seven.

During the previous season, Dubai Safari Park became an official member of both the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA), strengthening its links with the international zoo and conservation community.

Season Seven also recorded the arrival of 144 newborn animals, including Salam, a Southern White Rhino classified as Near Threatened by the IUCN, and Zuri, a newborn giraffe.

With its new premium offering, international representation and conservation-focused brand platform, Dubai Safari Park is entering its eighth season with a strategy focused on expanding its global travel-trade reach while enhancing the visitor experience.

Muna Al Hajeri, Park Director, Dubai Safari Park, said: “The strong growth we have seen from our travel trade partners this season gives us great confidence as we look ahead to Season eight. We are continuing to strengthen our international partnerships and introducing new experiences that give our trade partners even more ways to showcase Dubai Safari Park to their clients.”

She added: “Our new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, captures what we want every visitor to take away from their time with us - a greater sense of connection, curiosity and appreciation for wildlife and the natural world. We look forward to welcoming even more visitors from the UAE and around the world to experience the park in new ways.” -TradeArabia News Service
