LMD, an international real estate developer delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality-led destinations across the UAE, Egypt, Spain and Greece, has completed the handover of Marina Living, its 20-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina comprising 205 apartments.
This handover forms part of LMD's broader UAE portfolio, which spans Dubai Marina, Al Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai Maritime City, Wasl Gate and Dubai Land, said the developer in a statement.
Marina Living offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with dual-aspect Marina and skyline views, finished to a high standard throughout, it stated.

The tower's architecture and consultancy were delivered by LaCasa, a Dubai-based multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy specialising in residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, it added.

"Occupying one of the final residential plots within the community, the tower marks LMD's latest completed development in one of Dubai's most established waterfront districts," said a spokesman for LMD.
The residents will get to enjoy key amenities including a rooftop infinity pool and gym overlooking the city skyline, a padel court, a kids area and BBQ zones at ground level, alongside a landscaped lobby and water feature at the entrance, he stated.
Also they get direct access to the Marina promenade, retail and dining, with connections to the Dubai Metro and Tram within walking distance, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
