ECC Fit-Out, a key provider of full interior design and project management services, has announced that it has secured a major contract from Vista Grove One for a new Grade A commercial office building project in Dubai Studio City. 

Set for delivery in March 2027, the key development, Studio City, is poised to become the first red brick façade building in Dubai, said ECC Fit-Out in its LinkedIn post. 

Comprising two basement levels, ground floor and six upper floors (B2+ G+6), it will deliver quality, modern workspace designed to meet the needs of today’s business environment.

The mid-rise building will target LEED certification, thus reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency and responsible construction practices while providing a premium standard of office accommodation. 

ECC Fit-Out said the scope of work for its team includes overseeing the project from early-stage co-ordination through construction, with a strong focus on programme management, cost control, quality assurance, and sustainability compliance throughout the delivery process.

A division of ECC Group, which specialises in bespoke residential and commercial projects across the UAE, it aims to contribute to the continued growth of Dubai Studio City with the delivery of this modern commercial development.-TradeArabia News Service
