Al Mouj Muscat, a major lifestyle and leisure destination in Oman, has announced the sale of marina-facing two- and three-bedroom apartments within its Juman One Marina development.
A public-private venture between Omani government and Dubai-based Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Al Mouj Muscat is spread along a stunning 6 km stretch of Omani coastline.
This world-class integrated tourism complex (ITC) comprises a group of luxury residential properties including villas, townhouses and apartments, commercial units, retail and dining facilities and Oman’s only signature designed PGA Standard 18-hole links golf course, designed by Greg Norman.
It is also home to the 400-berth Al Mouj Marina, Oman’s largest private yachting hub and The Walk, a 80-unit retail area which forms the commercial and leisure hub of the community.
"Juman One addresses a key need in Muscat’s residential market, with fully built apartments in a range of sizes and configurations, that immediately enable buyers to begin enjoying all of the benefits of the Al Mouj experience," remarked Al Mouj Muscat CEO Nasser bin Masoud Al Sheibani.
Apartment living in Juman One units creates a convenient, easy-to-maintain marina-adjacent lifestyle available today, he stated.
"The calming and expansive benefits of Marina living is a pervasive theme at Juman One – located just on the Al Mouj waterfront, and residents can enjoy Marina-facing infinity swimming pools that blend into the sea, and a lounging pool with island pods, giving the property a serene and alluring feel," he observed.
The wellness focus at Juman One also includes a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, a reading lounge, and a multipurpose room for entertainment among residents, he added.
Al Mouj Muscat is a phased development which provides a world-class lifestyle destination. The next phase of development will see even more residential leisure and hospitality offerings.
Most recently Al Mouj Muscat launched the Omani capital’s first public square, Marsa Plaza - a leisure, cultural destination and gathering place for residents and visitors, and an arena for live performances, arts exhibitions and community events.
"As Oman’s economy grows and new jobs are created, executives of all ages and backgrounds are looking for ‘move-in-ready’ lifestyle options with expansive facilities, while smaller families and investors are keen to experience communities that are already built and in more mature stages of development, to ensure lifestyle quality as well as a return on investment," remarked Al Sheibani.
“When creating Juman One, we aimed to align the luxurious water and wellness aspect of Al Mouj Muscat with the accessibility and convenience of an apartment lifestyle – the high demand for Juman One attests to the popularity of this solution which addresses a key aspect of Oman’s residential market,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
