Dubai WoodShow to see closing of over $500m deals

Dubai WoodShow, the leading platform for wood and woodworking machinery industry in the Middle East & North Africa (Mena) region, is gearing up to unveil a key event that is set to see companies closing deals worth over $500 million following a massive influx of visitor registrations in the past week, said the event organisers, Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions. 
 
With countries from all around the world participating at the event, Dubai WoodShow will bring the world’s leading experts including suppliers, architects, engineers, builders, planners and others interested in innovative, fast, affordable, high-quality wood supplies under one roof.
 
This year’s edition will bring in new activities including a Conference, B2B Meetings/Matchmaking, Industry Awards for exhibitors and latest innovative technology available on the global market, it stated.
 
"We are very elated by the large influx of registrations this past week and as it stands, we expect over $500 Million deals to be closed judging from registrations and a whole new look of the event," remarked Dawood Al Shezawi, President of Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, at a meeting as final preparations for the top event gathers momentum.
